Graduate Sunday
Graduation Sunday is coming and we get to honor the hard work of our Graduates. Sunday, april 28th we will celebrate our graduating High School and College students.
The last day to send me graduate information, is April 21st. Please email me their first and last name, one cap and gown photo, and a favorite senior picture. I also need their plans for college, careers, and any other achievements they want to highlight.

Bake Sale
We will have a bake sale before and after the 10:45 worship service to support the 2BC student ministry!
The funds will be used to support the ministry. We have some fun events planned for them and our community!

100 Year Celebration
Join us for our 100-year anniversary celebration! We want to honor the past, celebrate the present, and confidently step into the future, as we continue to faithfully serve God and carry out His mission in our world.
Thanksgiving Meal
As the crisp autumn air settles in and the vibrant colors of the leaves enchant us, we are reminded of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday—a time when we gather with loved ones to express gratitude for the bountiful blessings bestowed upon us. This year, our hearts are filled with an overwhelming desire to extend that gratitude beyond the boundaries of our homes and share in the spirit of thankfulness with our entire community.

Let’s Celebrate Father’s with a special Father’s Day service with a free gift for all Fathers. Two Worship times at 8:30 am or 10:45am
Summer Block Party
BLOCK PARTY! Our Youth ministry is kicking off summer with a Summer Block Party at the Lafayette Rec. department. Giant water slide, pizza, games, and music! We'll start at 6:30 pm and be done at 8. Bring a towel and water clothes. Grades 6th-12th.
Church on the Lawn
let’s have church on the lawn!
We’re moving our worship to the lafayette Recreation department to enjoy God’s creation. This is a perfect time to invite someone to church who may not be comfortable going to a church service. This event is for the whole family. With free lunch, games, and plenty of fun to follow.
Mother's Day
Let’s Celebrate Moms with a special Mother’s Day service with a free gift for all mothers. Two Worship times at 8:30 am or 10:45am
Easter Sunday
Join us as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ. With two worship times to choose from, either 8:30 or 10:45. We hope to see you there.
Community Egg Hop
🐣 Presented by the downtown development authority and the collective churches of LaFayette. With over 20,000 eggs, inflatables, prive baskets and more it’s hard to believe this event is free! Bring your own basket or bag.

Mary Agnes and Lamar Fine, Co-Authors Long time residents of Chickamauga, GA Mary Agnes, and Lamar published their first novel, Yesterday’s Gone in 1999. It and the other books in the Yesterday series have been Regional Best Sellers. They have published two other books dealing with growing up through the eyes of a young boy in the Remember series.
